2. The deadline for receiving abstracts is February 28, 2009.

6. You will receive acknowledgment of receipt of your abstract shortly. If you do not receive the confirmation e-mail 3 days after submission, please contact the Organizer. 7. The deadline for submission of papers is March 10, 2009. 8. The submitted papers will be peer-reviewed, and acceptance will be based on quality, originality and relevance. Notification of the acceptance will be sent to you (only, not to other co-author(s) if any) via e-mail by March 25, 2009. 9. The presenter of the accepted abstract must register for the conference.
Information for Paper Submission 2. Spelling and punctuation: British English. (e.g., single quotation marks, ‘labour’ rather than ‘labor’, etc.) 3. If you use notes at all, kindly use endnotes rather than footnotes (and rather than in-text citations) and keep them to a minimum. Bibliography/references may also come at the end. 4. We will need electronic copies of your papers. We can handle MS Word, open office , and of course RTF. If you are using something other than MS Word or open office, we would like you to provide an RTF file.
5. Please kindly provide a short biographical note of yourself or for your organization in no more than 200 words. 6. The conference organisers, IBAS and AMRC, will produce a book of abstracts (translated into English and Chinese) which will be distributed at the conference. All abstracts will be included 7. After the conference takes place, the presentations and papers will be made available on the conference website and/or the websites of the organisers. Prior to making your presentation in Hong Kong, you will be asked to sign an agreement giving your consent to this arrangement.
Guidelines for Oral Presentations (Plenary Sessions/Workshops) 2. PC projector will be available for your presentation. Those who wish to use PC projector will be requested to send their presentation via e-mail to the Organizer. If you have any request, please inform to the Organizer.
